XDR Talent’s core business is the placement of Sales Professionals in the EU and United States. In order for us to be able to match you with the best employers we collect and use your data provided. This data is only used to provide you with the best possible service.

Data processed by XDR Talent is fully aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You are therefore not obliged to provide us with data. However, this may result in us not being able to optimally tailor our services to you.

When you apply either though our website of XDR Talent’s employees or affiliates. A personal profile is created in order for us to provide the highest level of service possible.

What is the legal basis for this processing?

We only process personal data if we have express permission from you to do so. Some of our processing is also required by law.

How long do we keep your data?

We store data for as long as necessary to complete the recruitment process.

You can request a copy of your data at anytime – you can make such request by sending an email to hello@xdrtalent.com

You also have the right to ask us to remove your personal data temporarily or permanently. Depending on how far you are in the recruitment process, for example, it may happen that we cannot delete everything immediately for administrative or legal reasons.

Monthly pricing:

Monthly pricing packages are only available with a three month minimum commitment, due to start-up and iteration costs.
